Tasting Notes
It is made from the finest ingredients – corn, rye and barley malt, and pure, iron-free spring water. Unique production process : the whiskey is charcoal-mellowed drop by drop through a 10 feet vat of sugar maple charcoal during several days; it is then matured in American oak barrels. This extra step gives a unique, smooth character to the whiskey. This is what makes Jack Daniel’s a Tennessee whiskey rather than a bourbon.
