Tasting Notes
A strongly flavoured and assertive whiskey but not over robust and pungent. The taste is a complex blend of spicy, perfumy oily, sherry and toasted wood vanilla notes brought together to form a smooth, sophisticated, and truly elegant Irish whiskey.

A pure pot still whiskey aged between 12 and 13 years in a combination of Spanish sherry casks and fresh American bourbon barrels.
