Soft and sweet with some delicate toasted wood undertones. Velvety smooth and complex on the palate with a long and satisfying finish
Distillery Notes
The Master Distiller lays down an allocation of 50 casks per year towards the production of Midleton Very Rare. Each year he selects 50 casks considered to be at their prime to bottle as that year's vintage. Casks vary in age of maturation but all are first fill bourbon casks. Each bottling can vary in taste profile.
