Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruity. Orchard fruits and citrus. Honey. Light spice. oaky, toffee. Palate: Gentle and fruity. Honey, spiced. Finish: Spiced, apples. Good length.
Distillery Notes
Mackmyra Svensk Whisky AB was founded in 1999 by eight newly-converted whisky enthusiasts who had an idea that they could not let go. The full-scale distillery was officially opened in 2002 and is situated at the Mackmyra Sawmill just outside Gävle in Sweden.
