Tasting Notes
A single malt as mature as this cannot be rushed. The assertive citrus notes are balanced by the layers of caramel, cinnamon and soft floral flavours. The slight oak tones are first balanced, then swept aside by the late arrival of classic Highland Park spicy smokiness.

Most Northerly Scotch Whisky distillery in the world, same latitude as Alaska! Established in 1798 on Orkney Islands. Known for traditional distillation methods- floor malting and use of peat cut.
