Golden in colour with a rich nose of sweet fruits, liquorice and a hint of citrus. The sweet, smooth taste leaves a warm and pleasantly drying finish.

I tasted this once at a Scottish evening and whisky and food pairing in Cape Town and I was not impressed - either there was something wrong with the
whisky or my palette was on strike - my wife also said she was unimpressed and she has a wonderful palette, other folk at our table – all involved
in the industry - also commented that the Singleton was the worst whisky on the night - perhaps it was just a bum bottle? Maybe I owe it to Singleton
to try again????
