Tasting Notes
Complex, rich, deep and intense it simply radiates over the palate. Soft chewy toffee, caramel and bitter chocolate make the first impact but other evocative flavours of caramelised orange, golden syrup, cinnamon and spice dance slowly over the palate.
Distillery Notes
Four flat-topped wash stills combine with four spirit stills, unique in size and shape delivering a varied spirit cut each individual run different from the previous.
