Nose: Vanilla, sweet, floral, delicate oak, lightly fruity. Taste: Sweet taste with candy marshmallows, violets and delicate spiciness. Hints of oak. Fresh and vibrant for a whisky of this age.

Part of the distillery's 'Boutique Barrels' series of single casks, bottled at full strength. This 'Bourbon Jo' edition has been finished in small batch bourbon casks.
