Tasting Notes
Nose: Elegant but rich with sherried fruit, raisins, chocolate, creamy vanilla and a background waft of peat. Palate: Mellow, consistent flavour, creamy, rich sherried fruit in vannilla custard, hint of sweet peat, light nuttiness, fruitcake and supple oakiness. Finish: Dry, oaky malt with a burst of rich, dried fruit.
