Tasting Notes
The initial impression is a mouth coating of heather honey sweetness. This is closely followed by the some smooth spicy oils. Additional complexity is added by the contribution from the special casks used for ageing – cedar wood and vanilla from the American Oak compliments the sweet fruity flavours of green apple, a touch of citrus and rich dried fruits from the Oloroso Casks.
