Tasting Notes
A gorgeous polished rosewood hue, and a mellow, winey nose, which becomes caramelised apple tart (Tarte Tatin), with dry chocolate and a hint of tobacco. With water, the chocolate gains an orange peel twist. A voluptuously viscous texture and an overall sweet taste, with flaked almonds in the aftertaste.

Four flat-topped wash stills combine with four spirit stills, unique in size and shape delivering a varied spirit cut each individual run different from the previous.
