1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your viewing and use of this website (the "Website") which is owned and operated by World of Whiskies, a trading division of Autogrill Retail UK Ltd. For the purposes of these Terms "we", "our" and "us" refers to World of Whiskies.
1.2 World of Whiskies makes this Website available to you to provide information about its business located within 5 UK airports, these being Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
1.3 To pre-order and be part of the World of Whiskies Programme you must register your details with us on the World of Whiskies website.
1.4 These Terms only apply to your viewing of this Website. If you use one of the links on this Website to visit one of our partner websites, then please note that your viewing of these websites and any purchases made through them will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
1.5 Please read these Terms carefully. If you access the Website we will assume that you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Website.
1.6 World of Whiskies, a trading division of Autogrill Retail UK Ltd is a company registered in England (Company Number: 2872512), whose registered office is, as at the date of these Terms, at Autogrill Retail UK Ltd, 4 New Sqaure, Bedfont Lakes, Middlesex, TW14 8HA. 2. Product Information
2.1 We aim to offer you the very best prices on a range of products, However please be aware that some prices may change between the date you print out your shopping list to the date you fly.
2.2 While we make every effort to ensure that the pricing and product information set out in this Website is fully accurate and up to date, errors can sometimes occur (both from within World of Whiskies and by our partners who supply the information), and as such we do not warrant the accuracy of the information set out on this Website. The pricing and product information which is in our stores prevails over that which is set out on this Website.
3. Pre-order and Collection
3.1 To pre-order on this website you will need to input your contact details and your flight and travel details. You will also need to nominate a collection date and collection location at the relevant airport for the product(s) ordered. If you do not supply any of the mandatory details requested we will not be able to process your order.
3.2 Order must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure or in arrival at the airports where World of Whiskies reside.
3.3 The pre-order price payable for any product(s) is the price specified on the website at the time of placing the order.
4. Product Availability
4.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure that products are available for you we cannot guarantee that all of the products featured on your shopping list will be available at the time you fly. All products are subject to availability.
4.2 If on arrival at one of our stores you find that one of the products on your shopping list is out of stock, a member of our team will be happy to help you choose a suitable alternative.
4.3 While we strive to maintain a full selection of brands in our larger stores at each airport, in our smaller stores we may only have room to offer the most popular brands.
5. Collection
5.1. Product(s) must be collected at the nominated collection point at the relevant airport specified on your order confirmation:
(a) If you have nominated collection on departure from the UK you must collect your goods at the World of Whiskies store prior to boarding your flight.
(b) If you chose to use our Shop & Collect Service you must still pay for your goods at your nominated World of Whishies Store prior to departure from the UK and then arrange collection on your return.
(c) Shop & Collect is only available when travelling within the European Union and domestically within the UK.
(d) Shop & Collect is run by BAA and is available only at BAA airports. For further details of the BAA Shop & Collect Servcie please check the BAA website at www.baa.com
5.2. To collect your order you must present: (i) a printed copy of your purchase pre-order form and (ii) the relevant travel documents correlating with the flight details nominated on your order form.
5.3. You agree to inspect the product(s) immediately on collection. You must notify our staff immediately of any shortfall or incorrect orders. If you do not notify our staff of any shortfall or incorrect order then, subject to any law to the contrary, you may not subsequently make a claim to Autogrill Retail UK Ltd group in respect of such shortfall or other error.
5.4. Title to any product/s pre-ordered on this website does not pass from World of Whiskies to you until we have received payment in full for the product(s) ordered and the product(s) have been collected by you at the nominated collection point.
5.5. World of Whiskies accepts the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) only up to the point of where the product is collected.
6. Restrictions
6.1. No commercial quantity orders will be accepted.
6.2. There are different rules and regulations imposed by customs, applicable to travellers departing the United Kingdom and to travellers entering the United Kingdom.
6.3. Departure Collection: All products categories advertised on this website are available for purchase for departure from the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself in respect of the allowances permitted for each country that you will be entering and clearing customs. We provide some guidance in relation to the allowances applicable for all destinations: http://www.worlddutyfree.com/information/customs-allowances.html.
6.4. Age restrictions apply to the purchase of particular products in accordance with HMRC or UK Customs regulations and applicable United Kingdom law. IE If you are under 18 years, you will not be able to purchase alcohol products from this website.
7. Delays or Change in Travel Details
7.1. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of any product(s) to the collection points caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause beyond the reasonable control of us (including but not limited to non-delivery or shortage of supplies, strikes and industrial disputes, disturbances or terrorism).

8. Rejection and Cancellation of Orders by World of Whiskies
8.1. We may, in our absolute discretion, reject or cancel any order made by you at any time (even if previously accepted by us) for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
(a) where you request a commercial quantity of any product; or
(b) where you do not satisfy the concession or age requirements and restrictions imposed by United Kingdom Customs; or
(c) where World of Whiskies has inadvertently displayed any errors on the website including incorrect prices, descriptions or illustrations or typographical errors and these errors are relevant to your order; or
(d) where the website has indicated that products are available when they are not; subject to any applicable laws.
9. Cancellation of Orders by You
9.1. Any cancellation of orders must be directed to our Customer Service by calling +44 (0)17 844 7 5509
10. Returns
10.1. We hope you are happy with the product(s) you order, however if the product/s are faulty or damaged due to a genuine manufacturing fault or defect, please phone our Customer Service number on +44 (0)17 844 7 5509 to organise for the product(s) to be returned, then return the product(s) along with your proof of purchase and a written reason for the return of the product(s) in accordance with the instructions provided to you. Returns must be returned with proof of purchase within 60 days of purchase.
10.2. Returns will not be accepted by World of Whiskies if the fault or damage to the product has subsequently been caused by an accident, or by neglect or misuse, by either you or a third party.
10.3. Returns will not be accepted by the World of Whiskies if you have modified or tampered with the product in any way.
10.4. Any faulty or damaged returned product(s) must be complete and include any accessories provided to you with the product.
10.5. Please note that you will be required to provide a copy of proof of purchase to be able to return any faulty/damaged product(s).
10.6. World of Whiskies is not required to process a refund or replacement until we receive the product(s) in question from you, in accordance with your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Please see http://www.worlddutyfree.com/customer-services/refund-guarantee.html for further details.
11. Our responsibilities to you
11.1 Although we have made every effort to ensure that the information contained on this Website will be relevant and useful, we cannot make any commitment that it will meet your particular requirements.
11.2 Although we make every effort to ensure that the Website is available at all times, there will be occasions on which we will need to carry out routine and emergency maintenance. We do not therefore guarantee that it will always be available, or that it will always perform at a particular speed or with particular functionality. We reserve the right to withdraw the Website if we need to.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, all representations, warranties, terms, conditions and commitments not expressly set out in these Terms are hereby excluded.
11.4 Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or fraud, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using the Website. In particular, we do not accept responsibility for (a) any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss of revenue; (b) any loss or corruption of data; or (c) any indirect or consequential loss.
11.5 Your UK statutory rights are unaffected.
11.6 Your purchase is void if such purchase in whole or in part violates any applicable law or administrative rule or any regulatory agency related to your purchase or transportation or possession of products purchased. Our liability to you is solely to refund your purchase price, with return of the product purchased.
12. Your obligations when using the website
12.1 You may only view and use this Website in accordance with these Terms and, in any event, for lawful and proper purposes which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or other jurisdiction from which you are accessing this Website.
12.2 In particular, you agree that you will not:
(a) post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this Website which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal;
(b) use this Website in a manner which causes or may cause an infringement of our rights or the rights of any other;
(c) use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this Website including but not limited to uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means;
(d) deface, alter or interfere with the front end 'look and feel' of this Website;
(e) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Website or related infrastructure;
(f) obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, via whatever means, to any of our networks.
12.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of the Website at any time if you breach these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
13.1 All trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights (together "the Rights") in the materials on this Website (as well as the organisation and layout of this Website) and the Rights in any software or underlying software code that is made available for download from the Website ("Software") are owned by us or our licensors.
13.2 Except as stated in Paragraph 13.4 below, without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, post, sell, transfer or transmit in any form or by any means any material on this Website or Software whether in whole or in part nor use the material or Software to create derivative works.
13.3 The contents of the pages contained in this Website may not be distributed, displayed or copied to third parties including, but not limited to, "caching" any material on this Website for access by third parties and "mirroring" any material on this Website.
13.4 The contents of individual pages of this Website may be printed or downloaded to disk for the purpose of private and personal non-commercial use. You may make an electronically stored, transient copy of the content of this Website for the purpose of viewing it while connected to the Internet only.
13.5 You may not do any of the following without our written permission:
(a) remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of content under these Terms; or
(b) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing any content.
14. Feedback
14.1 From time to time we may ask you to provide us with your views on our services, the Website or any other related issue. Our use of your contribution together with the personal information you provide will be governed by these terms and conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Therefore should you wish to check for any changes to these Terms since you last used the Website you may do so easily by checking the date of the latest version.

16.1 These Terms refer only to your viewing of this Website and, as detailed above, separate conditions apply to prize draws, competitions and promotions which we may run from time to time as well as to products and services sold through this Website.

This Privacy Policy sets out the ways Autogrill Retail handles your personal information via this website ("the Website"). Autogrill Retail is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act. Any personal information collected by Autogrill Retail is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

If however you provide us with personal information for a specific purpose, then the version of the Privacy Policy which applied at the time you supplied the information will govern our use of it.
The information we collect through the Website & the way we use it
If you give us your personal details when you use the Website, we will inform you of the uses we make of that information at the time we collect it from you.
You may be asked to give us personal details when signing up for a newsletter, special offers, promotions, taking part in customer surveys or providing feedback on various issues relating to Autogrill Retail.
If you are giving us your personal details in the course of subscribing for a service (for example a newsletter / giving feedback), then we will of course use it in order to provide you with that service / responding to your feedback. In addition to these uses, we would also like, to be able to communicate with you on subjects such as travel, travel services, duty free shopping, airport shopping and related offers. However we recognise that not all of our customers like to receive this kind of communication and where Autogrill Retail proposes using your personal information for any other uses we will ensure that we notify you first. We may use your information to send you offers and news about our airport services or products or those of other carefully selected companies which we think may be of interest to you. When we send you any emails confirming your registration, order, subscription, or booking these may include marketing materials which we think may be of interest to you. We do our best to tailor this information so that it will be useful to you, but if at any time you no longer wish to receive it, you can opt out by following the instructions that we will give you with each communication.
We do also, with a view to improving the Website and the user experience, use some information for the purposes of statistical analysis. However when we do this we anonymise the information so you cannot be personally identified from it.

CookiesAutogrill Retail collects information about your use of the Website from cookies.
When you enter the Website your computer will automatically be issued with a 'cookie'. A 'cookie' is a small text file that identifies your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used.
Autogrill Retail 'cookies' record those areas of the Website that have been visited by your computer, for how long and what activity was undertaken on the Website. We do this so as to understand which are the most popular parts of the Website, and also to improve your experience.
